We will be glad to provide the product/s you need.  We will ship the product within 24 to 48 hours from the date and time of the receipt of the order.

 

Our WEB orders cutoff time for 24 hr shipment is 9 PM Pacific Time. 

 

We do provide overnight shipping option.  For it the cutoff time for the WEB is Noon Pacific time.  All orders are shipped with utmost care.

Please follow these simple steps for WEB ordering.

 

1.                Click on the Order Now button below.

2.                Enter your Name, Address, City, State and Zip.  Phone number

3.                Shipping address if different from home address.

4.                Your Physician’s name, Address (if available), Phone number and specialty.

5.                Enter the Product description with product ID whenever available.

6.                Quantity of the product

7.                Payment method with credit card number and expiration date.

8.                Press the send button.

 

Steps 2, 4, 5 and 6 are a must to process the order.  To make changes to your WEB order please call back between 9 am – 6 pm Pacific time.

 

If you are not comfortable providing your credit card number in the e-mail then upon receipt of the mail we will call you for the credit card number or you can call us with the information.  Please indicate in your e-mail the payment method type you prefer (Credit card or check or money order)

 

Product shipment policy:

1.                We will ship the product upon receipt of the payment by credit card.

2.                For check or money order payment method, we will send you an invoice with the charges.  After the receipt of the payment we will ship the product.  Please make check or money order payable to MediQuip or Allerquip.

3.                We will e-mail you an invoice with detail charge information including appropriate taxes and shipping & handling charge.
